- Select Accessibility in the left section. To the right is a section called 'Allow the apps to control your computer' that probably is dimmed.
- Click on the padlock symbol in the lower right corner to open it. You will be prompted for your MAC password. Enter it and proceed.
- Now, select the Connect Desktop checkbox.
- Click the padlock again to lock it.

- Once downloaded, click to open the downloaded file.
- Click Install C-Pen Core.app to start installation. If there's a message about unidentified developer or malicious software then check THIS article.
- In the top left corner, click on the Apple symbol –> System Preferences. Under section Other, click on C-Pen Core settings. NOTE: C-Pen Core is a service, not an app. There is thus no app icon.
